An adult illegal alien who was charged and found guilty for groping minor teen girls at a high school in Virginia was sentenced to only 360 days in jail – but, with time served, he only has 135 days left in prison.

As reported last month, parents were outraged after an 18-year-old illegal alien groped over a dozen girls “in between their legs” at a high school in Fairfax County, Virginia.
The alien, identified as Israel Flores Ortiz, is turning 19 soon and is only in the 11th grade.
Why did authorities allow a 19-year-old man – who is in this country illegally – to sexually assault minor teen girls in the hallways at school for several months??
“There’s a group of about 12 individuals that have reported this assault,” one mother told 7News.
“It was all perpetrated by a single individual who is a stranger to the girls. He just sneakily walked up behind them and put his hand in between their legs,” she said.
“It was not just a butt smack or a butt grab. It was a groping of a private area. It had been occurring for several months,” she added.
ICE told WJLA reporter Nick Minock that Israel Flores Ortiz illegally entered the US in 2024 on Joe Biden’s open border invitation.
Flores Ortiz was charged with nine counts of assault and battery – a misdemeanor!
Parents are outraged that Flores Ortiz was not charged with sexual assault.
Earlier this month, a judge found Flores guilty on nine assault charges.
A ninth grader who was sexually assaulted by Flores told WJLA’s Nick Minock that she is constantly looking over her shoulder because she is afraid she will be groped again.

The Department of Homeland Security responded to the judge’s light sentence.
“This adult criminal illegal alien should NOT have been attending a Virginia high school and allowed to prey on innocent teenage girls. His sentencing to only 180 days for his convictions for nine counts of assault and battery is nothing more than a slap on the wrist. We are once again calling on Governor Spanberger and her fellow sanctuary politicians to NOT RELEASE this sexual predator from jail back into our communities to victimize more innocent women,” the DHS said.
“ICE stands ready to arrest this illegal alien if Governor Spanberger chooses to release him from jail,” they added.
