President Trump on Sunday night roasted failed leftwing late-night host Jimmy Kimmel on the Kennedy Center Honors Medal Presentation red carpet.
President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump were spotted entering the event that the President is hosting tonight.
When asked how he has prepared to host the ceremony, Trump responded, “Well, maybe I haven’t prepared. Maybe you want to be a little bit loose,” pointing to “the greats,” Johnny Carson and Bob Hope.
“If you look at the not-so-greats, like Jimmy Kimmel,” Trump said. “He was just terrible.”

Trump: Well, maybe I haven’t prepared. Maybe you want to be a little bit loose. If you look at the great host, Johnny Carson, Bob Hope, those are the greats. If you look at the not-so-greats, like Jimmy Kimmel, he was just terrible.
But no, I think you you want to be just loose and not a lot to prepare for. You know what you have to be? You have to be yourself.
Jimmy Kimmel has always been the least funny late-night host, and he’s come under increased fire following his coverage of Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
It can be recalled that he accused right-wingers of “finger-pointing” and “trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.”
He further mocked President Trump’s response to the shooting, comparing it to “how a four-year-old mourns a goldfish.”
