A radical leftist student at Oklahoma State University, who appears to be transgender, is about to learn the hard way that free speech doesn’t include destroying others’ property, as charges are now pending following a viral video of the individual trashing a Young America’s Foundation (YAF) display on campus.

The incident, captured on video and shared by the popular X account Libs of TikTok, shows the unhinged activist ripping materials from the table, which featured a sign reading “Marriage = 1 man + 1 woman,” and scattering them across the yard.

In the footage, conservative students calmly confront the vandal, pointing out that their actions amount to “stealing” and “littering.”

“Hey, Jesus loves you anyway and I hope you come to your senses and will realize we can have a conversation without you throwing our stuff away,” a conservative student can be heard telling the vandal.

The gender confused student replies, “I can’t have a conversation with people who don’t think I deserve rights. You don’t deserve a conversation.”

The Oklahoma State University chapter of YAF confirmed in a post on X that a police report had been filed.

A police report has been filed, and we are working with the OSU Police Department to ensure charges are pressed against this individual.

“A police report has been filed, and we are working with the OSU Police Department to ensure charges are pressed against this individual,” the organization wrote in a post on Thursday. “If you have any information about them, please pass it along to campus police.”

Oklahoma State University spokesperson Mack Burke confirmed to The College Fix that the OSU Police Department investigated the incident, and charges are pending.

“The OSU Police Department has investigated the incident, and charges are pending,” Burke told the outlet. “Oklahoma State University supports the rights of student groups to express their opinions and speak freely.”

OSU also responded to Libs of TikTok in a post on X, writing, “Oklahoma State University supports free speech. The OSU Police Department is actively investigating this incident.”

The student’s identity has not been publicly released.

The College Fix report noted that this is not the first act of vandalism against conservative groups this fall.

The report states:

An Illinois State University graduate teaching assistant was fired this month after overturning a Turning Point USA table on campus. The former employee was later arrested for posts allegedly threatening President Donald Trump’s life, The College Fix reported.

Another Turning Point USA chapter at Fort Lewis College in Colorado also reported several posters being vandalized, The Fix reported.

And earlier this month, University of Oklahoma police launched an investigation into the theft of signs advertising a campus Turning Point USA event with Gov. Kevin Stitt and actor Russell Brand, according to a Fix report at the time.
