Three Air Force members were found dead at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.

The Cincinnati Inquirer reported an investigation is underway after three Wright-Patterson Air Force personnel were found dead on Saturday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Jacob Prichard, 34, who served in the Air Force Research Laboratory, Jaymee Prichard, 33, who served in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center and 1st Lt. Jaime Gustitus who was a member of the 711th Human Performance Wing.

The Air Force Office of Special Investigation did not release any details regarding the investigation behind the Air Force personnel’s death but the Daily Mail reported, the deaths were connected to a double murder suicide.

Per The Daily Mail:

Three members of the US Air Force have been found dead in a suspected murder suicide.

Jacob Prichard, 34, is believed to have killed his wife, Jaymee Prichard, 33, and Lieutenant Jaime Gustitus, 25, before taking his own life on Saturday morning.

The Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio has confirmed their deaths, while police have told local media outlets it was a murder suicide. West Milton Police Chief Doyle Wright told WHIOTV a witness in Sugarcreek Township called police after hearing a loud bang in her neighbor’s home around 2am.

‘The glass door shattered. I think they shattered her door,’ the caller said, per WHIOTV. The witness looked outside and saw a man, who police said was Jacob. ‘I opened up my back door, and he said he had a gun (and) to get back in my house. And he hopped off their patio and left,’ the caller said.

Police told WHIOTV that Jacob had just killed Gustitus in her apartment at this point. They added that Jacob also killed Jaymee, but did not disclose how or where.
