Kwesi Alleyne’s story is one of steady growth, both on and off the field. From his early days as a soccer player to becoming a marketing leader, Kwesi has stayed focused on building real connections and helping others succeed.

Today, he’s the Director of Marketing and a founding partner at Herculeads Marketing Group, a company that specializes in helping home improvement businesses grow through smart lead generation. But if you ask Kwesi, success is about much more than business.

“It’s about putting in the work, lifting others up, and always finding ways to improve,” he says.

Roots in Soccer and Leadership

Kwesi grew up in Florida, where soccer played a huge role in his life. After high school at University School of Nova Southeastern University, he earned a full scholarship to play at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). After two years, he returned to Florida to complete his degree at Florida International University (FIU).

Being a college athlete shaped the way he sees the world.

“Sports teach you about discipline, but they also teach you about failure,” Kwesi explains. “You lose a game, you make a mistake—you can’t hide. You learn to own it and move forward.”

This mindset became the foundation for his work as an entrepreneur.

From Athlete to Entrepreneur

After graduating, Kwesi knew he didn’t want a typical job. He wanted to build something. He joined forces with three others to launch Herculeads Marketing Group, combining his love for communication, sales, and business strategy.

Herculeads focuses on the home improvement industry, helping companies connect with homeowners who need roofing, windows, or solar energy solutions. Kwesi’s role as Director of Marketing puts him at the heart of the action.

“I love solving puzzles,” Kwesi says. “Every marketing challenge is like a puzzle—you have to figure out the right message, the right audience, and the right time to put it all together.”

For him, marketing isn’t about gimmicks. It’s about building trust and delivering value.

Lessons from Coaching

Even as his business career grows, Kwesi stays close to his soccer roots. He coaches youth soccer, working with high school and travel teams across South Florida.

“Coaching keeps me grounded,” he says. “It reminds me that real leadership isn’t about telling people what to do. It’s about showing them what’s possible and helping them believe in themselves.”

Kwesi’s coaching style is about more than winning games. He teaches his players how to handle pressure, work as a team, and build confidence—skills they’ll use long after they leave the field.

“I tell my players all the time: effort and attitude are two things you can control every day,” he shares.

Finding Balance and Staying Curious

When he’s not leading a marketing meeting or running soccer drills, Kwesi likes to explore new interests. Music, sales, marketing trends—he’s always learning.

“I think curiosity is underrated,” Kwesi says. “If you’re curious, you’re never bored. You’re always finding new ways to grow.”

This curiosity helps him stay flexible, whether he’s adapting to changes in the digital marketing world or finding new ways to connect with his team and clients.

Looking Ahead

Kwesi is proud of what he’s built so far, but he’s not slowing down.

“I’m always thinking about what’s next,” he says. “How can we help more businesses? How can we reach more kids through soccer? There’s always room to get better.”

For Kwesi, growth is about more than numbers. It’s about making a difference—helping businesses grow, helping young athletes dream bigger, and helping himself stay focused on what really matters.

Whether on the soccer field or in the business world, Kwesi Alleyne’s journey is a reminder that true success is built day by day, with hard work, humility, and a deep commitment to lifting others along the way.
