The Department of Homeland Security has released more court documents that detail a 2021 domestic violence incident involving Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the deported MS-13 gang affiliate and El Salvadoran illegal alien, and his wife, Jennifer Vasquez.
Democrats and their media allies have glorified the “Maryland father,” who is actually an El Salvadoran illegal alien with MS-13 ties, as an “innocent” man who was “kidnapped” by the Trump Administration and El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele.
However, as The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, his wife, Jennifer Vasquez, previously petitioned the court for a protective order against Garcia in 2021 for the second time. A second protective order for domestic violence in 2020 was also discovered.
It turns out the media’s so-called victim of the Trump Administration’s policies is not the upstanding father of the year that the left made him out to be.
According to the 2021 protective order against Abego Garcia, the court found that he “punched and scratched” and “ripped off the shirt, grabbed, and bruised” Vasquez.
Abrego Garcia was also prohibited from contacting or attempting to contact Vasquez, from entering her residence, and ordered to vacate the residence. He was further ordered to “stay away from” Vasquez’s mother’s home.
Still, Vasquez pleaded to the American people for her illegal alien husband’s return to the U.S. so he could continue to reside here illegally in a press conference on Tuesday. A GoFundMe page has raised nearly $200,000 for their family, which could explain the emotional appeals.

Meanwhile, Democrat lawmakers are currently in El Salvador to demand that the designated foreign terrorist be released and allowed back into the United States. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Democrat lawmakers led by Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen announced this week that they are going to El Salvador to bring Abrego Garcia back to the U.S. illegally, describing him as a “Maryland man” and “father of three,” who is a victim of “kidnapping.”
