HHS Changes Voicemail to Domino’s Pizza to Mock Taxpayers Demanding End to NIH Kitten and Beagle Experiments (VIDEOS)

Mr. Justin Goodman testifies before the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regarding animal welfare and research ethics in a congressional hearing.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is facing backlash after a “rogue employee” allegedly changed the agency’s public voicemail to a Domino’s Pizza recording, trolling taxpayers who flooded the lines demanding an end to ongoing NIH-funded cat and dog torture experiments.

White Coat Waste Project, the bipartisan watchdog group that has long exposed wasteful government animal testing, urged supporters to call HHS this week over continued funding for cruel kitten experiments at a taxpayer-supported lab at the University of Missouri, which was covered by The Gateway Pundit.

Instead of reaching agency officials, callers heard: “Thank you for calling Domino’s Pizza.”

WCW Senior Vice President Justin Goodman exposed the sick “prank” during a Senate hearing on Wednesday.

“Torturing puppies with our tax dollars isn’t funny, but people at HHS apparently think it is,” Goodman said.

Republican Sen. Joni Ernst, a longtime ally in the fight against Fauci-era animal abuse, responded to the voicemail by stating, “That’s not okay.”

“Actually makes my stomach turn,” Ernst added.

The incident comes amid accusations that NIH has approved over $126 million in new taxpayer funding for beagle and dog experiments since RFK Jr. took office, directly contradicting claims from NIH leadership that such testing had been halted or “predates” the current administration.

HHS later claimed the voicemail change was unauthorized and has since been fixed, with a spokesperson telling Just the News the phone line is now “functioning normally.”

No word yet on whether the rogue staffer faced any discipline.

White Coat Waste has vowed to continue exposing spending and to push for the full defunding of all federal animal testing programs.

In a statement provided to The Gateway Pundit, Goodman said:

“Torturing kittens and puppies with our tax dollars isn’t funny, but people at RFK’s HHS apparently think it’s a joke. The voicemail prank we exposed during our viral Senate testimony this week isn’t an isolated incident—it’s part of a broader pattern of defiance, deception, and dismissiveness from RFK’s agencies in response to White Coat Waste’s criticism over their funding of over $126 million in new and Fauci-era experiments on pets.

As The New York Times just reported, White Coat Waste’s investigations of Fauci’s beagle labs made animal testing a MAGA priority. The New York Times also reported how we’re leading the campaign to hold RFK accountable while captured groups in the animal rights establishment clap like trained seals—even as NIH continues to sign the death warrant for thousands of dogs and cats.

WTF, RFK?”
