The verbal war between controversial right-wing commentator Candace Owens and Charlie Kirk’s widow Erika Kirk may have reached its end thanks to some face-to-face communication.
As TGP readers know, The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Erika Kirk hit back at Owens on Fox News last week for profiting from her husband’s murder.
She alleged that Owens and others were making “hundreds and thousands of dollars” by going after her TPUSA family with various conspiracy theories.
“Here’s my breaking point. Come after me, call me names, I don’t care. Call me what you want, go down that rabbit hole, whatever. But when you go after my family, my Turning Point USA family, my Charlie Kirk Show family, when you go after the people that I love, and you’re making hundreds and thousands of dollars every single episode, going after the people that I love because somehow they’re in on this, no!” Erika Kirk said.
One theory spread by Owens is that Egyptian military planes were tracking Charlie and Erika Kirk over the years, and up to Charlie’s assassination by pro-trans leftist Tyler Robinson.
By making this assertion, she has seemingly suggested that foreign forces played a role in the killing.
Owens then responded to Erika Kirk by mocking her.
“This wasn’t grief. This was a performance. She just unmasked herself and the entire TPUSA machine in one interview. We knew Charlie Kirk. Now the world gets to know Erika Kirk,” Owens said.
“It’s never been more obvious of a psychological operation. I actually wish [TPUSA] would put me on payroll so I could help them make these things look more organic,” she added.
On Monday, Owens and Erika Kirk had a private meeting in an effort to end the feud and perhaps find common ground.
If one believes Owens, the interview lasted over 4 hours and accomplished plenty. She admitted they still disagreed on some issues, but the tensions had thawed.
“Erika and I had an extremely productive 4 1/2 hour meeting that I think we both feel should have taken place a lot earlier than it did,” Owens wrote.
“We agreed much more than I had anticipated,” she added. “Of course, we also disagreed on various points and people as well. Most importantly, we were able to share intel and clarify intent.”
“I will, of course, have a full rundown for you all tomorrow as I am currently exhausted, but I wanted to quickly let you guys know that absolutely nothing was held back and the immediate result was that tensions were thawed.”

Let’s hope this ridiculous war started by Owens has finally ended and she has re-discovered a sense of humanity.
The conservative movement must be united if they are to win future elections and prevent the left from ruining America again.
