Senator Jim Banks was on “Fox News Sunday” with guest host Jacqui Heinrich to discuss President Trump’s America first agenda to keep US citizens safe. He defended the President’s actions against Venezuela, including taking out drug boats.
“I wanna just start off quickly, your reaction to that horrific attack in Bondi Beach, Australia?” Heinrich asked.
“My heart goes out to all of the Jewish citizens of America and around the world as they begin to celebrate their holiday, this important holiday, and mourn the loss of those who were killed in Australia,” Banks said.
Senator Banks explained that it is a priority to get terrorists out of the United States to prevent what took place in Australia here at home.
“In America, we have to do more to deport terrorists out of the United States to make sure something like this doesn’t happen in the homeland,” Banks said.
“Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected,” Banks continued.
“You are on the Armed Services Committee. Has the administration clearly articulated the end goal?” Heinrich asked regarding the policy on Venezuela.
Senator Banks clearly affirmed that President Trump is doing the right thing targeting Narco terrorists and their drug boats.
“As far as I’m concerned, yes. I mean, the fact of the matter is that the President is doing exactly what he was elected to do, to take out and strike the Narco terrorists who are flooding drugs into this country,” Banks explained.
“President Trump was right to confiscate the oil tanker, and he’s right to hold the Narco terrorists accountable,” Senator Banks continued.
Senator Banks defended President Trump’s America first policy to protect and save American lives.
“I know everything that I need to know and that’s that President Trump is doing what he is supposed to do as Commander-In-Chief to save American lives,” Banks said.
