Police are looking for this woman, who violently attacked a 70-year-old woman aboard a Broward County Transit bus in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida.

The search for a woman who violently attacked a 70-year-old woman aboard a Broward County Transit bus in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, last month is still on, and the Broward County Sheriff’s Office released a video of the incident, offering a large reward.

Footage from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office shows the horrific attack that occurred on October 21.

The unidentified older woman, who was sitting, asked the black female suspect, who was standing, for some space after the suspect bumped into her several times.

The attacker, who looks three or four times the size of the other woman, can then be seen intentionally body slamming the victim and getting in her face before hitting her in the head with a grocery bag. The suspect then jumped on top of the elderly woman and began punching her as the woman tried to fend her off with a cane.

Bystanders eventually intervened and pulled the crazed, entitled woman away from the 70-year-old lady.

WATCH:

Broward Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Carey Codd described the attack as “repulsive,” adding that “fortunately, the victim did not suffer any major injuries.”

“This is something that should never happen; it should not happen in any type of civilized society. What this woman did is absolutely unacceptable,” Codd said, according to CBS.

The attacker and another woman who was with her fled the scene, police say.

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office issued the following press release on Thursday, seeking information on the suspect and offering a $5,000 reward:

On Tuesday, Oct. 21, a 70-year-old woman took a seat in the ADA section of a Broward County Transit bus. Her ride would end with her battered and bruised after being attacked by a fellow bus rider.
Broward Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Unit detectives are releasing video of the attack in hopes of identifying the woman who pestered the elderly woman before punching her repeatedly. According to detectives, the attacker, who was standing, bumped into the victim several times due to the movement of the bus. The victim asked for the attacker to give her some space. At that point, a verbal argument ensued.
As the argument escalated, the attacker intentionally and forcefully pushed her body into the victim several times. The attacker then grabbed a grocery bag and struck her in the face with it. At that point, the victim used her cane to defend herself, and the attacker punched the victim multiple times in the head.
Several bystanders on the bus came to the victim’s defense and separated her from the attacker. The bus driver saw the incident and stopped the bus in the 4100 block of West Oakland Park Boulevard in Lauderdale Lakes. That is where the attacker and a woman with her fled. In the incident, the victim suffered bruising on her forehead but declined to be transported to the hospital.
Anyone with information on the identity of the attacker or the woman with her is asked to contact BSO Violent Crimes Unit Detective Andres Lopez at 954-321-4915 or submit a tip through the SaferWatch app. If you wish to remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward, please contact Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (8477), online at browardcrimestoppers.org, or dial **TIPS (8477) from any cellphone in the United States. If your tip leads to an arrest in this case, you are eligible for a reward of up to $5,000
