The sleazebag Congressman Eric Swalwell has confirmed he is running for governor of California.
In an announcement on his website, Swalwell for Governor, Swalwell described himself as someone with “fresh ideas and tremendous heart.”
”Raised in Dublin, California, Eric has fought for us as a prosecutor, a city councilman in his hometown, and a U.S. Congressman,” the website states.
“As the son of a hardworking cop and small business owner, Eric believes in the California promise: work hard and dream bigger for your kids.”
Swalwell, who is notorious for his unhinged rants in which he whips up hatred and calls for violence against Republicans, also touted himself as the “fiercest face of the Democratic resistance” against the Trump administration.
His campaign announcement continued:
I’m running for Governor because prices are too high and people are scared. California’s next governor has two jobs. One, keep the worst president in history out of our homes, out of our streets, and out of our lives.
I will be California’s fighter and protector. Our state is under attack.
The President has militarized our streets, canceled cancer research, zeroed out clean energy climate projects, and is chasing our immigrant friends and neighbors through their workplaces, kids’ schools, and houses of worship.

Despite presenting himself as a clean face of America’s largest state, Swalwell is really anything but.
Back in 2020, it was revealed that Swalwell was having sexual relations with a woman by the name of “Fang Fang,” who turned out to be a spy for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Swalwell also has a taste for the good life.
Last year, it emerged that he had spent millions of dollars in campaign funds on his own childcare costs, meals out at Four Seasons steakhouses and a stay at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, dubbed the world’s only “seven star hotel.”
