As TGP readers know, we’ve been told for years that an unidentified suspect, approximately 5’7, planted pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC headquarters on January 5, the night before the Capitol riot. While interest has continued to grow, the FBI still can’t find the person who planted the bombs.
FBI Director KashPatel appeared on “Sunday Morning Futures” today to discuss the ongoing investigation with host Maria Bartiromo. He suggested that more information is coming, perhaps even the full truth regarding what really happened.

PATEL: As it relates to major investigations of public importance like the pipe bomber, I say- stay tuned.
We reviewed every single investigation of public consequence…We feel it can not go untouched, we are not gonna let these things lie by, and let the fake news media run roughshod over us.
Our indictments speak powerfully in court.
The Biden regime’s FBI in early January released *new* footage of the January 6 pipe bomber after Rep. Loudermilk released a report revealing the bureau engaged in a massive cover-up operation.
It can be recalled that a report released by the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight into the January 6 pipe bomber shows the FBI stopped looking for the suspect in 2021 and covered up the evidence.
The FBI, under the leadership of Chris Wray, refused to cooperate with congressional investigators. However, Patel has fulfilled his promise to restore integrity within the Bureau.
In March, he officially turned over explosive documents related to the mysterious pipe bomb incidents on January 6th to House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and his investigative committee.
In September, the FBI’s lab report on the January 6 pipe bombs was released, showing the bombs had ‘destructive potential’ but never detonated.
Additionally, the witness who discovered the RNC pipe bomb said the kitchen timer attached to it only had 20 minutes left. This blows up the timeline narrative and suggests the RNC bomb was planted shortly before it was discovered.
The kitchen timers attached to both bombs only had a 60-minute timer.
The Blaze claimed earlier this month that they had identified Capitol Police Officer Shauni Kerkhoff as the pipe bomber via a forensic match. This sparked an uproar in MAGA circles.
It is important to note that this information regarding Kerkhoff has NOT been confirmed by authorities or any other news agencies.
For now, the culprit remains a mystery.
