Newsmax TV host Ed Henry was spied on by Jack Smith for supporting the making of a song with Jan 6 prisoners and President Trump titled “Justice for All”.
Newsmax reported on Wednesday on host Ed Henry’s shock when he found out that Jack Smith was spying on him.
Newsmax host Ed Henry said the Biden Justice Department and special counsel Jack Smith targeted him as part of the “Arctic Frost” investigation — secretly obtaining his records over a charity song he co-produced with President Donald Trump and the J6 Prison Choir titled, “Justice for All.”
Appearing on “Greg Kelly Reports,” Henry said he only recently learned that federal investigators under Smith had obtained private information about him, including records from Apple Music, without his knowledge or any court notification.
“Jack Smith thought that Donald Trump was pocketing money here,” Henry told host Greg Kelly. “Based on the emails we’re now learning — Sen. [Chuck] Grassley gets the credit…
“I never got a subpoena, Greg,” Henry said. “I never got a judge telling me, Hey, they’re coming after you.
“As an American citizen, you’re owed that.”
Henry shared the subpoena that he found out about on Wednesday.

Judge Boasberg kept it hidden.
Here is the song “Justice for All” sung by Jan 6 prisoners from jail with words from President Trump.
Jack Smith and all who did what he did were something this country has never seen before.
