A Title IX complaint was filed by three female players on the Santa Rosa Junior College women’s volleyball due to a large trans man being on the team.

Three brave young women filed a complaint with the Department of Education recently. The girls spoke out about their safety concerns and were benched by the coach and cut their playing time.
The trans player Ximena Gomez smashed a spike into the face of one of the girls causing a concussion.
The three brave women behind the lawsuit, Madison Shaw, Gracie Shaw and Brielle Galli filed the complaint after being forced to play with the trans-identifying player.

For several years now women volleyball players have been injured by trans-male athletes who have caused concussions, brain damage and even knocked players out on the court.
One 17-year-old North Carolina player was temporarily paralyzed with brain damage in 2024 after she was slammed in the face with a spike by a trans male.
One study conducted by the United Nations found that female athletes lost almost 900 medals to trans opponents over the years.
