Democrat Senator Alex Padilla was physically restrained and removed for heckling DHS Secretary Kristi Noem while she was giving a briefing on the Los Angeles riots.
“I have questions for the Secretary!” Padilla shouted as he was removed from the room.
According to MSNBC, Senator Padilla was arrested after he was removed from the room.

Padilla was thrown to the ground, handcuffed and detained.
