Adam Villarreal, a former Navy serviceman and now pardoned participant of the January 6th events, has issued a poignant plea for the political prisoners still languishing in jail, following the controversial day at the Capitol.
Villarreal, who was recently pardoned by President Donald Trump, shared his story with The Gateway Pundit, detailing his harrowing journey from a wanted man to a free citizen, advocating for those who are unjustly imprisoned.
I am Adam Villarreal. I was pardoned, but not everyone has been.
I’m writing this as a free man—a freedom I owe to the grace of the Good Lord, President Trump and to the spirit of this country, which has always believed in second chances. I never imagined I’d live to see this day.
I have been on the run for four grueling years. After years of false accusations, persecution, hiding, and watching my life fall apart, I finally have hope. But my story isn’t unique.
There are still men and women sitting in cells, spitefully being punished to the very last moment by a system that claims to be just.
I joined the Navy because I believed in this country. I believed in its ideals: freedom, justice, and the right to be heard. That belief led me to Washington, D.C., on January 6th.
I went not as a criminal but as a patriot, someone who wanted their voice to matter. The events of that day changed everything—for me, for my family, and for the nation.
Please help Adam rebuild his life here.
When my own brother and sister turned me in, they thought they were doing the right thing. That betrayal cost me my home, my unborn child, even my disability benefits, all of the life I had built.
But even in my darkest moments, I never stopped believing in America. I never stopped believing that this country could be better. Even on the run I still spoke at churches encouraging people to fight for justice.
For the nation, for their community and for the fallen, like Roseanne Boyland. She didn’t deserve the brutality I saw that day in the tunnel.
Seasons change and so did mine. Our great nation showed their resolve and elected Donald J Trump to be the 47th President of the United States of America. My wife and I drove across the country to stand in front of the Capitol and remember why we’re still fighting. Not for ourselves, but for the people still waiting for justice—the men and women who believed in this country and are still paying the price for standing up when it mattered.
We say no more.
This pardon isn’t the end of my story—it’s the beginning of a new chapter. I’m calling on all patriots to stand together and demand justice for those left behind. These are Americans, fathers, mothers, veterans—people who love this country and deserve to come home.
Please help Adam rebuild his life here.
To everyone who supported us while we were on the run, thank you. You were our angels. To the Freedom Corner supporters who fight every day for the January 6th prisoners, you are the best of us.
And to anyone reading this who feels like their voice doesn’t matter: It does. Keep speaking, keep fighting, and never give up on this great country.
If you want to help us rebuild and continue fighting for those still unjustly in bondage, you can support us here:
Please help Adam rebuild his life here.
